Gregg A. Gonsalves

Gregg Gonsalves is an Advisory Partner with Integrated Capital LLC, a leading, hotel-focused, private real estate advisory and investment firm. Prior to joining Integrated Capital LLC, he was a Managing Director in Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Real Estate Group and Mergers Leadership Group, and was the Partner responsible for Goldman’s Real Estate Merger & Acquisition Business. He joined Goldman Sachs’ Mergers & Acquisitions Department as an Associate in 1993 and was promoted to Vice President in the Investment Banking Division in 1997; ran Goldman’s Aerospace and Defense Sector from 1999 – 2007; and began running the Real Estate M&A Group in 2008. He was promoted to Managing Director in 2001 and became a Partner in 2004.

In his 20-year career at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Gonsalves completed over 50 M&A transactions worth approximately $100 billion in deal value, working with a variety of companies in a wide range of industries as a member of the Mergers, Real Estate, and Industrials Groups. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Gonsalves was a Sales Engineer at Mobil Oil Corporation in their Marketing & Refining Division from 1989-1991.

Mr. Gonsalves received a Bachelor of Science degree (Mechanical Engineering) from Columbia University in 1989 and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1993. He serves as chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jackie Robinson Foundation, a member of the Board of Directors of A Better Chance, and a member of the Columbia University’s Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science’s Board of Visitors.

Mr. Gonsalves was a Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholar throughout his undergraduate studies, receiving the inaugural Ralph E. Ward Achievement Award.
