Erica Parrott is currently the Director and Chief Engineer of Production Engineering for the 787 Program at Boeing South Carolina .  In this role, Erica leads of team of over 300 engineers and technical professionals responsible for delivering robust engineering and technical solutions/improvements to the 787 Production System that are aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Innovation.
