Chloe Benson is an emerging diversity, inclusion and equity practitioner at Marsh McLennan, where she supports centralized inclusion & diversity efforts. Prior to her current role, she worked at Bloomberg LP in Diversity Recruiting, where she led the strategic direction of early engagement recruiting.

A native of South Carolina, Ms. Benson graduated with honors from Villanova University with a double major in Communications and Peace & Justice.
