Bryn is a former Director of Staffing at MetLife and Director of Global Consulting at Monster.com where she spent 20 years as a passionate leader of high-performing teams and multi-million-dollar
projects in the areas of consulting, human resources, technology and marketing.

Her enthusiasm and subject matter expertise brought her in collaboration with the world’s powerhouse brands to tackle issues regarding their talent acquisition, employment brand, social recruiting, on-boarding, performance management, succession planning and retention.

Bryn is a proud graduate of Wellesley College, NYC transplant with small town roots, cat rescue champion, coffee lover and sought-after national speaker. Over the years, she has conducted networking, social recruiting, and career management workshops across the country from Harvard to the NFL, hosted a highly successful weekly radio show, and contributed content on many thought leadership
platforms.
