Ari S. Untracht joined Eldridge Industries (“Eldridge”) in 2017. Eldridge operates a diverse portfolio of businesses and investments, including Security Benefit, a 125-year old insurance company; Cain International, a real estate business, which owns The Stage, The St. James, The Beverly Hilton and The Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills; Stonebriar Commercial Finance, an equipment leasing business serving the aviation, rail, energy, and manufacturing industries; and Valence Media, which owns Dick Clark Productions, Billboard.com, THR.com, MRC, and a significant minority interest in A24. Eldridge, through NPC International, is the largest operator of Wendy’s and Pizza Hut units in the United States.

Prior to joining Eldridge, Mr. Untracht worked for former British Prime Minister Tony Blair as ageopolitical advisor to corporates and foreign governments around the world including those ofKazakhstan, Liberia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, the UAE and Vietnam.

Mr. Untracht also developed Taia, an ethical mining company in West Africa that was backed by Tiffany & Co. He began his career as an investment banker with Citigroup and advised on transactions within the industrials sector in Europe, MENA and Sub Saharan Africa. He is a graduate of The George Washington University.
