About the Reunion

Jackie Robinson Foundation Alumni Association’s (JRFAA) Reunion and Networking Weekend (Reunion) is three days of professional developmental and life skills plenaries, career exploration sessions, and networking opportunities with peers from a variety of industry sectors.

Attracting nearly 150 participants annually, the event has featured leading voices in the areas of health, finance, politics, technology and civic engagement including: former senior policy advisor, Brian Nelson ’00; senior healthcare executive, Yolanda Lyle ’94 ; political analyst and author Keith Boykin; investor, shark and founder, Rashaun Williams ’01;  congresswoman Lauren Underwood ’08 and researcher Deborah Wafer.

The Reunion will take place at Tribeca Rooftop, 2 Desbrosses St, New York, NY 10013, across the street from the Jackie Robinson Foundation and Museum.

Honoring Our Past, Shaping Our Future celebrates Jackie Robinson’s legacy and the generations of JRF alumni carrying his values forward. Designed for seasoned professionals and emerging leaders, the weekend features panels, fireside chats, and dynamic dialogue that spark connection, reflection, and shared purpose across industries and generations.

Getting Your House in Order is a practical, empowering workshop that helps participants organize key personal, financial, and legal details before a crisis hits. Guided by the Oh Sh*t Starter Pack framework, it covers decision-makers, documents, and digital assets—so your wishes are clear and your people are protected.

Hotel Accomodations

JRF is holding a room block at the Hotel Hugo located at 525 Greenwich Street (between Spring and Vandam Streets), four blocks from the reunion meeting space at 2 Desbrosses Street. Room rates start at $229/night plus taxes and fees and must be booked by Thursday, February 5, 2026.
