Tomica Lindsey is a vice president and lead business execution consultant at Wells Fargo. She manages several key risk programs and initiatives in Commercial Banking including, Return to Office, Role-based access, and special projects. Ms. Lindsey is responsible for assessing risk exposure and developing strategic solutions across the Commercial Banking platform.
Ms. Lindsey interacts with various levels of leadership to promote sufficient planning for the ‘unexpected’ and the execution of those plans when emergencies arise. She consults with business partners and determines the best way to address record retention needs and to document business functions in process maps.
A Project Management Professional (PMP), Ms. Lindsey holds a Master Certificate in Six Sigma, is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). Her top five strengths are: Responsibility, Intellection, Learner, Restorative and Achiever. She serves as Enterprise Strategy Chair of the Black & African American Connection Employee Resource Network and holds leadership positions in several community non-profits.
