Sobani Warner is Co-President of Siebert Williams Shank (SWS), an independent non-bank financial services firm serving institutional investors, corporations, and governments. She focuses on client acquisition strategies and firm responsiveness to regulatory changes and economic market cycles. As a veteran of Wall Street with over 30 years of experience, Ms. Warner has held various positions within SWS since joining in 2000, most recently Co-Head of Corporate Finance. Prior to joining SWS, she was a Senior Equity Analyst at Bear Stearns and was ranked First Team by Institutional Investor. She started her career at J.P. Morgan as a corporate finance analyst. Ms. Warner has a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University. She is a JRF alumna and current member of the JRF Board of Directors and JRF Alumni Association.
