With over a decade of experience in higher education and non-profit sectors, Runako Gulstone is committed to advancing equity and fostering meaningful change for underrepresented communities. His career is distinguished by innovative program management, strategic partnership development, and impactful leadership, all underscored by a deep dedication to human services.

Prior to joining the Foundation, his career included roles at Hospital for Special Surgery, State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Health Sciences University, City University of New York (CUNY) Medgar Evers College, and Harlem Children’s Zone.

A native of Brooklyn, New York, Mr. Gulstone earned a B.A. in Political Science and a master’s degree in English.
