Raj Patel is the Senior Leader for the Boeing South Carolina Engineering Design Center. He is responsible for leading and sponsoring the Best Team and Talent strategy for Boeing South Carolina, which includes the Employee Development & Growth Enhancement (EDGE) Rotation Program, onboarding various engineering work statement from across the enterprise with a focus on developing the local team, and accelerating Engineering’s role in the One Boeing Production System.
