Nakisha Griffin serves as Senior Director of Human Resources of Neustar Security Services. In this capacity, she leads, directs, develops, and coordinates the policies, activities, and staff of the human resources department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.

Ms. Griffin has over fourteen years of human resource leadership expertise with a specialization in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Coaching, and Employee Development. Prior to Neustar Security Services, she was the Chief Operations Officer for Virtual Enterprise Architects.

Griffin holds the Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certifications. She attended Kean University and received her Bachelor of Science in Management. As well as, the University of Connecticut, graduating with a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resource Management.
