Mike Clementi is the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at ChangeBridge People Solutions. In this role, he leads human resources professionals in delivering tailored solutions across the areas of organization effectiveness, change management, transformation and leading talent processes.

Before joining ChangeBridge, Mr. Clementi was the Chief Human Resources Officer for PetVet, a KKR portfolio company, and a leader in the growing pet industry that manages 450 local hospitals.

Mike Clementi began his thirty-year career as a management trainee at Unilever. His passion for creating emotional connections between employees and Unilever led him to work across multiple divisions and geographies, acquiring a broad range of human resources skills and experiences. He would eventually be appointed as Vice President of HR, for Unilever North America and Global Customer Development for Unilever, where he supported several global functions including Finance, IT, Legal and Global Business Services as the VP HR – Global Functions.

His commitment to cultivating diverse talent and encouraging diversity of thought led to Unilever being named one of the “Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality” by the Human Rights Campaign, and a top employer for working mothers. Unilever was also recognized with The AD Club Action Award, which honors champions of diversity and inclusion.

Mr. Clementi board chairman of Summer, holds a Masters of Business Administration from Fairfield University and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Montclair State University.
