For nearly two decades, Keisha Taffe has worked tirelessly to expand opportunities for young people in higher education. At JRF, she oversees of the strategic and operational activities of JRF’s Mentoring and Leadership Development Program. Among her areas of responsibility are: conceptualizing and implementing key programs, services, and activities for JRF Scholars including the JRF Mentoring Program, the New Scholar Orientation, and JRF’s annual flagship event, the Mentoring and Leadership Conference, comprised of three days of professional developmental workshops, career exploration panels and networking opportunities with a key professionals and leaders across a range of sectors, and cultural and recreational outings for JRF Scholars.
Throughout her career, Ms. Taffe has held leadership positions within higher education focused on international education, experiential learning, leadership, and career development at New York University.
Ms. Taffe has a B.A. in Journalism and English Writing Arts from SUNY Oswego and a master’s degree from the College of Communication at Boston University.
