Jessica Levin is a Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) who provides therapy to adults and teen aged children whose expertise includes working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, family conflict, post-traumatic stress disorder, workplace dynamics, work-life balance, imposter syndrome and significant life transitions. She is committed to helping individuals gain deeper self awareness while exploring the impact of societal pressures and the systemic oppression on their sense of self and the challenges they face.
Prior to Jessica becoming a MHC-LP, she had 12-year career in higher education, having worked at Borough of Manhattan Community College and New York University in International Education, working with college aged students studying abroad and wanting to participate in additional international experiential learning opportunities and the office of admissions. She holds a M.S. Ed in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College, an M.A. In Middle Eastern Studies from the Graduate Center, City University of New York, and a B.A.in Religion from Middlebury College.
