Heather Cannady is Manager, Legal Recruiting & Firm-wide Lateral Efforts where she oversees lateral attorney recruitment process at the associate level in 11 offices worldwide as well as the comprehensive recruiting function for the nearly 300-attorney New York office. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Ms. Cannady was an Associate with Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP. She served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr. at United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and as Law Clerk to the Honorable George B. Daniels at United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Cannady received her B.A. in History and Politics from New York University, and earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
