Dr. Jennifer Boscarino-Green began her career at Hofstra University in 1996 and has served in several areas of campus life throughout the years. She began at Hofstra as an academic advisor for first-year students exploring their majors. For the next 10 years, she continued to coordinate programming for first-year students, transfer students, and families. In 2007, she rejoined the Advising team in the Center for University Advising, where she currently serves as the Dean. She is a strong proponent of a liberal arts education and finds joy in connecting with new students at New Student Orientation and continuing to support them through graduation.
Dr. Boscarino-Green’s experiences as an undergraduate student at the University at Buffalo led her to pursue a graduate degree in higher education from Long Island University Post. Her graduate and professional work inspired her to pursue and complete her Doctorate in Educational and Policy Leadership from Hofstra University. Her doctoral research focused on the impact of student engagement for international Chinese students.
