Din E. Tolbert ’04

Din E. Tolbert has more than a way with words—he uses them to transform how individuals and organizations see themselves and their potential. As a communicator, educator, and facilitator, Din creates spaces where complexity is made clear, where bravery leads to breakthroughs, and where every conversation has the potential to change lives. Whether he’s speaking to a room of executives or mentoring future leaders, Din helps audiences tap into their own capacity for excellence and authenticity, navigating the pressures of a data- driven, hyper-social world with intention and integrity.

With degrees from Cornell University and Union Theological Seminary, Din has applied his skills across industries, from academia and professional sports to nonprofits and corporate consulting. Over the last 20 years, he has crafted programs, led workshops, and mentored with a singular goal: to help people and organizations discover the power of their stories and use them to create lasting impact.
