Chelsea is the Founder and CEO of Reimagine Talent, a New York City–founded and Raleigh-based national talent development firm that helps organizations develop leaders at every level, strengthen team effectiveness, and build cultures that perform in times of change. With partners across the United States and Mexico, Reimagine Talent supports public and private sector organizations in navigating complexity and building high-performing leaders and teams.

Before launching Reimagine Talent, Chelsea spent over a decade on Wall Street as a global human resources leader, where she led initiatives spanning learning and development, employee relations, compensation, early-career recruiting, and diversity and inclusion. Chelsea is a certified facilitator and professional speaker on developing leaders at work and the intergenerational workforce. Her insights have been featured in the Association for Talent Development, Society for Human Resource Management, Forbes, and Insider. She is a Tory Burch Foundation Fellow and a Forbes Next 1000 Entrepreneur of the Year.

Chelsea is a proud graduate of Spelman College, where she earned her BA in Economics.
