Henryne G. Tobias is the Director of Career Services at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Prior to joining the Mailman School of Public Health, Henryne was a Career Counselor at Pace University and Adjunct Pre-Health Post Baccalaureate Advisor at Hunter College. In 2006, she founded and led a project called ExploreHealthCareers.org, designed to motivate and inspire students to pursue a broad range of health care careers.

Henryne has also held roles in two non-profit associations representing medical and dental schools as well as NYU School of Medicine recruiting underrepresented students for admission. She earned a Master of Education degree from Teachers College, Columbia University.
