Viewing recruiting and career mobility from all these perspectives helps her to be a more effective leader, storyteller, community builder, digital personal brand strategist and career therapist.

Ms. Johnson is a former Director of Staffing at MetLife and Director of Global Consulting at Monster.com where she spent 20 years as a passionate leader of high-performing teams and multi-million dollar projects in the areas of consulting, human resources, technology, and marketing.

Her enthusiasm and subject matter expertise brought her in collaboration with the world’s powerhouse brands to tackle issues regarding their talent acquisition, employment brand, social recruiting, on-boarding, performance management, succession planning, and retention.

Ms. Johnson is a proud graduate of Wellesley College, enthusiastic New York City transplant, animal rescue champion, coffee lover, and sought after national speaker.
